I have a feeling that the Atari stuff will be coming pretty soon. If you look at the HTML source for the new storefront on some pages, it has a commented link to a Atari news feed.

You probably won’t see paypal support for Steam, for a long long long time, their security is utter crap.

Yeh, it is pretty limp. Nothing big has come out of the Steam team for a while now, though. Not even hints of anything big. The P2P thing has been around for ages without it actually getting implemented.

Although, I saw this the other day in steamclient.dll (I was pretty bored…)

So at some point they have at the very least experimented with adding PayPal support to Steam.

This post on the VERC forums is sort of interesting. Aperently Valve hired someone to do nothing but help out the mod community.

An SDK update is coming out very soon. Right now we are testing it in-house and getting ready for its beta release. It will be available later this week unless we encounter serious problems during testing. I’ll let people know either way, whether it is going to be this week or next.

I’ll be the first to admit that this is a pretty limp excuse for a post, but I need to finish something this week before I go mad…

The new theme has taken strides forward, and I’ve uploaded it as XHTML here (IE users needn’t bother for now). There’s still a long way to go, but criticism is welcome regardess!
